The young man that I talked to on the phone was very courteous and helpful. I inquired about a product that is currently out of stock and he explained the supplier went out of business. I received it in two days.

I was not impressed with the Shipping of my product. It took 12 days to be received, USPS never updated their tracking. I had no idea what was happening. I will never purchase again from TwistedGrins if they continue to use USPS

The item we ordered was a childs punching bag and there are at least two holes and they are both in or near the seems where peices were sealed - so the air keeps escaping and my son cannot use the product as intended.
