I was happy to do business with TrollandToad, and was very pleased by everything on their end. My only negative comment is regarding FedEx. It took them 5 days to deliver the item. I only live 5 1/2 hours away, and the item arrived in Atlanta the night morning after it shipped. It took the FOUR MORE DAYS to actually get the product to my door. I will never ship with them again for any reason. TrollandToad, however, did a fine job on their end, as I said, and I would be happy to do business with them again. (more)

Low prices of board games, good customer service. The delivery cost to Israel is too high.

Like always, I received the cards quickly, the shipping was cheap and the card selection was (almost) perfect. While they've got quite a lot of most newer cards, they didn't have a few cards I was hoping to buy from them. Yesterday, I saw they had four Treetop Villages from Urza's Saga, a card I was hoping to get, but I woke up today to find they were gone. I guess I can't blame Troll and Toad for being unable to find 4 of each card I want (especially these kind of cards, which are being played quite a bit in tourneys), but I hate when I find the cards I want and just as I'm about to buy them they go out of stock... it's first come, first serve, I guess. I am generally pleased with Troll and Toad but was disappointed so many items were missing from my order. I complained about this to customer service, and while nothing could be done about the items they did not have in stock, I was pleasantly surprised with a 10 dollar credit for my trouble. As always, customer service was very helpful. (more)
