For some reason, my on line purchase didnot take the discount coupon, so I called customer service and they credited me the discount separately.

I prefer to speak with someone in customer service if I have a problem, though I realize that it is often not financially feasable for companies to handle things in this manner. I do appreciate the speedy (within 24 hr) email response.

Ursula was great. She was easy to reach, so when a question problem came up, it was fixed right away. I will order with AromaLand again in the near future for the massage oil.

The company had a sale but a lot of the products were not in stock. I contacted customer service and was told all these products could not be ordered with the sale price for back order.

The lavendar massage and body oil is always out of stock. Is there a way to order it with all the applicable discounts like the others.
