I have loved everything from Pottery Barn Kids. The alarm clock I got was so cheap, I am embarrassed to give it to her and expecially for the price. I will show to my daughter-in-law and see if she wants me to return it.

Shipping prices are very high and there is no option to pickup in store from Illinois. Coupons shoud be avaialbe.

The lunch bag I bought - it needs to have double zippers so the bag can unzip from the top. Right now, the only way to open the bag, is to unzip the bag from the bottom left around to the bottom right which is not convenient.

I CALLED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND THE MAN SAID AN ITEM WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE SO I WENT ON-LINE TO FIND A SUBSTITUTE AND FOUND THAT THE ITEM WAS AVAILBLE AT A FUTURE DATE. SO HE WAS NOT GIVING THE CORRECT INFORMATION.

The pieces did not arrive at the same time. Two were damaged and were sent back. One piece had to be sent back twice because it kept getting shipped with no packing and arrived broken each time. We also got an extra item which had to be sent back.
