The order was shipped very quickly, my problem was they sent the wrong perscription. Instead of + they sent -. They resent them very quickly and picked up the wrong ones.

I placed my order with Web Eye Store on 10/29/09 and assumed it would be a 7 to 14 day delivery from the date of purchase. It is 11/25/09 and I still do not have my order. I am quite disappointed in the time frame to receive my order.

Still awaiting saline that was purchased with contact lenses. Web eye store did not notify me that I would not get my saline along with the contacts. After calling, I was informed that I would get the saline at a later time. I am still waiting.

My experience with the webeyestore.com was excellent. Site is well organized and easy to navigate. Purchase went extremely smooth. Their customer service promptly responded to my online request for a rebate form.
