We have been members of CBOM Club for about ten years. Our children LOVE receiving books in the mail! We greatly appreciate the convenience of ordering via phone or online,and the great service we have received consistently over the years.

I was very disappointed with several of the books which were listed as hardcover and they were not hardcover books, they had a library binding. I normally only buy hardcover books for gifts and I cover the dust jacket.

My order did not arrive but I was charged. I called to request a replacement order and was charged a second time. This was an order for Winnie the Pooh.

I did not appreciate having to use my credit card to pay for the purchase. I perfer to be billed when the books are delivered. Plus you charged me before I had received my full order. DO NOT LIKE THE BILLING FOR ON-LINE...
