I ordered on line, it was very easy, I was notified proptly, it was shipped very quickly and packed very well. I am enjoying my teas very much. I will be ordering soon, for gifts for the Holidays and I want to try a couple of other teas.

I LOVE our new tea maker! I bought this product in anticipation of using it at our office, and it makes everything smell delightful. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that enjoys tea and a perfect brew.

I never was notified when the order was shipped so I could not track it. I usually do that online.

My order arrived on the very last day possible of the 5-7 business day window, and I never received any emails letting me know that my order had shipped or when I could expect it to arrive. I was able to find my order tracking number on the website.
