Does not appear to be Phase II Shampoo and conditioner. This is another White Sands Line. Ingredients are not the same as Phase II

As of today 11-02-09, I still have not received my order. Did receive email stating on back order or something. This is a poor way of doing Business.

I chose your product because shipping was free w/orders over $100.00 and that was not true.I had to pay full shipping costs.I sent an email to customer service on the day of purchase but nobody contacted me back

They charged for 2 days delivery and i received my product after aweek and it was not compelete order and no invoice. I have to research to find out my actuall invoice charge.

My only issue was that one of the shampoo bottles had leaked a little in shipping and with the expense of the product I don't want it to go to waste.

The product was sent to me and not to the ship to address which is in another state - this caused me to have to ship it again and at an additional cost to me and making it later to arrive.
