I received purchase 30+ days after placing order, only half came, but I was charged full price. I called, was told shampoo not available. Yet I was still charged for the full price of 2 bottles. Late service, bad communication, bad practices.

I did not receive an item - B2B Coconut Mango Conditioner. I e-mailed the company to let them know and I still haven't received a response. According to the packing slip the order was complete. That is not the case.

Shampooline told me the delay in my order was due to an issue with my credit card when in reality they didn't have access to the item I ordered. They cancelled my order without telling me. This happened right before Christmas. EXTREMELY...
