shipping rate was extremely expensive and negated the savings of the product. I will not shop here again as the shipping rate was not apparent until after the order was placed.

I ordered, and expected to receive a 32oz refill bottle and instead I received (4) 8oz spray bottles. And they had leaked when I opened the box, so now I have even less. Not happy :(

Shampooline sent my order to the wrong address. I was sent a reply to my E-mail last week saying I the item was be shipped again to me and I would receive new shipping information. I have not received any shipping info. i guess I need to cxl.

Does not appear to be Phase II Shampoo and conditioner. This is another White Sands Line. Ingredients are not the same as Phase II
