I ordered on line and was told the nail polish would be sent priority mail. Seveal days later I received an email saying the product was not available. It appears that their web site is not up to date. I was very disappointed.

It's been 11 days and I haven't received my order. The customer service line is only available when I'm at work and can't call. The "tracking" link offers no information about the status of my order. Everything else I ordered from other sites...

This was my first time using ShampooLine. They will only deliver to your billing address. My billing address is a P O Box as I move around a lot for my job and need products shipped to where I am. So if this is their policy, fine, their loss,...

Found what I was looking for on the site. The products were shipped in multi packing which was to protect the bottles I am sure. A bit overboard I thought. Over all experience was good. No complaints.

I feel that if I am spending over $300 for 6 products I should receive free shipping. Also, one of the shampoo bottles leaked a bit.
