Everything worked out fine on my purchase, but I will no longer purchase anything from ebags or recommend them to anyone due to a subsequent marketing tactic they used on me.

I was extremely satisfied with my first time purchase from ebags!! For those of you that are doubting purchasing luggage on line...DON'T!! I would strongly recommend givng ebags a chance. I will be purchasing from ebags again in the future!

The messenger bag will definitely meet my needs for my observations of the student teachers that I advise. Would have like slide pockets to hold pens, pencils and business cards.
