The product could be more stiff to support my Kindle better. eBags has been fine to do business with as far as I know. I did not have any problems and all went smoothly as I would expect.

The ability to view the product on line prior to purchase was exceptional. I rarely purchase online, but your no-cost refund policy for return shipping allowed me to do so, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the product and entire experience.

Although the purse I ordered was not what I wanted, I was impressed with the enormous selection, prompt delivery and prompt reimbursement when I had to return my bag. I'll certainly go back to eBags next time.

I ordered a gym bag as a gift. It was exactly as described, but when I opened it fully, I think it may be too big. I may end up exchanging for the smaller size.
