sent email about items not received, have not had response. item is sold a with case, chip and touch screen wand elsewhere that were not included. If I have to pay a little to get them I will keep the camera. appreciate response to situation.

I needed to buy more parts and I sent a mail making some questions. First mail they responded. Then never more. I bought just half what I needed.

My Order 1254768095 on 10/4/09 and confirmed on 10/05/09. charges were . I recieved E-mail from M.Simmons informing of delays in shipment and offering Order cancellation. (E-mail on 10/08/09) I made 24 phone call were not answered and E-mails...
