I initially made this order on 10/12/09. Sent at least 2 emails with no reply whatsoever. Finally 3 or 4 days later a person called, whom was very pleasant, about my order. Finally received one package on 10/16/09 and the other on 10/19/09.

Twice, my order was sent to Rich. VA instead of Rich. TX! Called C/S 3 times in attempt to locate. Was told to expect a call back with Tracking #. Never rec'd call. Currently looking for other purchase options.

I think the product (stainless steel microwave shelf) looks fine. I was just a bit disappointed that the $99 price apparently didn't include mounting screws.

item took a long time to arrive. Friend purchased the exact item from other site, arrived in 3 days. Mine took 2 weeks to arrive. She used the same debit card... so paid for prior to delivery. her shipping was free... I paid over $10 shipping.
