After 6 days of trying to talk to ANYONE with no success I tried everything to cancel my order. I finally had to cancel the card I used so they couldn't take my money . That was 2 weeks ago, still nothing on my order or any of the messages I left.

I initially made this order on 10/12/09. Sent at least 2 emails with no reply whatsoever. Finally 3 or 4 days later a person called, whom was very pleasant, about my order. Finally received one package on 10/16/09 and the other on 10/19/09.

I enjoy doing business with Kitchen Supply. Quality is always high and service is great. There is a variety of items to choose from, and I have never had any issues finding what I need. Shipping is always in a timely manner.

Placed order 9/18/09 - by 10/6/09 had not received - contacted the vendor and told did not have - guaranteed refund to my account within 3 to 5 business days. Money still not refunded - extremely disatisfied with them and BizRate for recommending...

Twice, my order was sent to Rich. VA instead of Rich. TX! Called C/S 3 times in attempt to locate. Was told to expect a call back with Tracking #. Never rec'd call. Currently looking for other purchase options.

I think the product (stainless steel microwave shelf) looks fine. I was just a bit disappointed that the $99 price apparently didn't include mounting screws.
