I ordered identical prints from ArtsCow and Shutterfly. ArtsCow was less expensive, but the Shurtterfly prints were sharper and had truer colors.

I designed and purchased an 8x8 photo book. Design application was buggy. I lost 4 versions of my project - frustrating, past this w/ backups. Happy with the quality of the printed pages but disappointed in the quality of the cover.

It took about 6 weeks to receive my order, much longer than expected. One of the items was of poor enough quality that it should've been remade. I'm reluctant to order again due to the lengthy delivery schedule.

I tried very hard to get the pictures in the proper place within the lines but I still have white lines and I'm especially disappointed that there are white bands on the album covers. Also one of the photos in the book is smudged right across the...

The pictures were great quality! I just wish they had been shipped in a box, because it was hard to unroll them and get them to stay flat in a frame...
