It took about 6 weeks to receive my order, much longer than expected. One of the items was of poor enough quality that it should've been remade. I'm reluctant to order again due to the lengthy delivery schedule.

The pictures were very pink. Also, I neglected to fill in a picture in a photo book and there was no reminder or warning that I was prinint something that wan't complete.

The pictures were great quality! I just wish they had been shipped in a box, because it was hard to unroll them and get them to stay flat in a frame...

I liked the quality of the prints very much. My only concern was the red eye fixes didn't get taken care of and it was difficult to do that before submitting the pics.
