We had a delay. It turned out to be over 15+ days late. It was the Typhoon after all. Their cust. service was great through it all. I am sure they will be on time with future orders. Very pleased.

Very pleased with order, but I probably should have let them color correct on my color photo's (they tended to have a red tint to them, I assume due to calibration) but overall I will order again and very soon.

ArtsCow is a great way to get affordable prints. They crop (as opposed to having borders) so be aware. Also shipping is kinda slow from Hong Kong - but the prices, especially when they have sales, are AMAZING.

The customer service is nonexistant. There is no telephone support and e-mail support was slow and of no help whatsoever. While the canvas prints came out find, I was shocked that they were not mounted on anything considering the price of the prints.
