I was never notified when my product shipped, nor was I satisfied with the product that I recieved. I was advised to take a picture of it and send it off to customer support so they could see the isssue, had no time to do that.

The order for the 12 x 12 books was very slow....I've ordered many times before and have been very happy, and timeliness was good, except for these 12 x 12 books. When I tried to cancel, because forgot to enter coupon code, didn't work out.

This was a picture printed on canvas and the trees came out looking solid black with no distinction. Looks nothing like the original and I was very disappointed.

The corners of my printed canvases were bent during shipping. I had to straighten them out for a couple days before I could frame them.

everything was great, except one rubber coaster, i had fixed the image on artscow so that you could see all three of the faces on top, when i received the item it was not as i had put it, and missing half of one and 3/4 of my other sisters face.
