I wish their had been more detailed directions on how to use your features in creating personalized products. Also, one of my pages got printed over the margin and now the picture from the adjacent page doesn't match up exactly as I had placed it.

ArtsCow.com should explain why it takes from 8 to 12 days after the order is shipped to receive it. If we had the explanation then it would make the wait more tolerable and most customers would undestand.

I placed the order on 8/11 and received it on 9/22. I was warned there will be a delay but 40 days?! that's a little over the board.
