book was 'processed' for ever until I asked after 10 days what's up with my order. The next day it got shipped and after 7 days, I got it. The faces are still red=toned (That is obviously STILL an issue) but it is not that bad that I would send it...

2 things I wish would be different - on the very top there is a white color fabric. It would be better if it would be the same color as the umbrella. The same thing - sewed line around the edge is white color but my umbrella there is black.

I received the keychains, though the pictures were small, they look great and were really clear. They were a gift for my daughter for her dance bags. She was really impressed and couldn't wait to clip them on.

I wish tracking information was more explicit. One can only tell when order was placed, payment verified, or item shipped. I would like to know exact dates and be able to track my shipment. Slow shipping this order. 3 or 3 1/2 weeks until I received...

The 2 books I ordered,the color processing was not all that great.The pinks & greens were not right.They were time sensitive gifts so I won't be returning them but I'm in the process of creating another book but am having second thoughts.
