Skates.com where out of stock with my product, but after speaking with customer service gentlemen made me fell a little better. Dont remember his name but was very helpful, took almost two weeks for delivery; happy it was'nt a present

I tracked the return and have not received any response from skates.com regarding a refund. I would have at least apprecieated an email confirming that they had received my skates back and were in the process of either refunding my money.
