This had turned out to be very helpful since I called to find out about a credit on my account. After the explanation of my credit the associate asked if I would like to buy any books at $9.99 each. I bought 2 more and saved myself some real money.

Don't mind split shipments. It is kinda like Christmas twice. But it kinda sucks when the book/item you wanted was not in the first shipment you got.

I have been a member for many years, but lately have been getting frustrated with the number of emails (at least one a day) from the club, and prices ranging from two to three times the cover prices of the same book from other sources.

site somewhat difficult to navigate. Gave very few options in any category. You really had to know what you wanted to be able to find a particular book.

Not sure if I like not getting the paper information with the card to return. I liked being able to look through the catalog, mark the card and then return it.

I've always loved SFBC and will continue to shop with them in the future. If I want to find a collectible edition of a book they're the first place I shop because of their beautiful smaller hardbacks.
