It was delivered to the giver not the receiver. Returned e-mails were not answered two times and phone calls went unreturned. Other wise everthing was fine.

Why weren't the items shipped together? I received the guitars one day and then 2 days later received my Beatles Rock band software!

The Wii store did a wonderful job! UPS was not good about delivery.never came at the hours they stated on the slip after the first attempt,even though I made arrangements to there within the hours. very poor service from UPS.

We were told that the bar was probably not working so another one is on it's way. As senior citizens it needs to be easy but it wasn't; the hooking up even though we read everything and called 'help' we are not sure it is going to work for us
