Buy.com sent the wrong product. They would not send the right item until the RMA of the wrong item is posted. I have already waited enough for my ordered item to come in, as it was on back order. My credit card is already charged. Still waiting!!

Item was delivered on time and in excellent condition. No problem inserting an old 60 gig drive from a failed PC in the NexStar 3 enclosure. Took about 20 minutes, but then we tend to go slow. Satisfied all the way around.

Love the Asus Netbook I got .. 1st purchase of little-know brand computer but size is perfect to carry to hospital when inpatient! Only beef is that I wasn't told until after I bought it that it's not eligible for return.
