It seems as though you only have one customer support person. Sometimes she is very hard to reach which does not give the customer a lot of confidence. Perhaps you should add a second person for people like me that are novices at internet shopping.

great way to shop for lighting fixtures, plus free delivery and no sales tax; plus shop at my convenence. Would definitely recommend to others.
