    Customer service difficult to get in touch with, was hung up on, and got mixed information when I was able to get thru. Most times simply went to an answering machine, and these messages were not returned.

    I was very pleased with how well the lights were packed. There wasn't much chance of them being broken through normal circumstances.

    As soon as I notice the lighting fixture, I was drawn at the uniqueness. I also am very impress at the cost. It was affordable, and had the small details that I was looking for.

    really loved the lighting fixture. I am doing a complete makeover of my kitchen. The pendant light went perfectly. Plus, I thought the price was reasonable. It adds to the design of my kitchen.
