Best customer service I have experienced. Merchandise purchased is unusual and only available from ChockCatalog.com. Very satisfied.

I ordered 3 packages size 34 munsingerwear comfort pouch on 4/3/08. Order #52895. I got a confirmation. Then I got a cancellation notice, then I got a verification of 52895. About a week later I got the product but they were size 38. I notified you all 3 times and then I got RMA id#5899. I sent the package by mail on 4/11 for a cost of $8.25. This should have been unnecessary had your company been more efficient. By the way , I would like to have the product or my money returned. (more)

I have not received the order that I purchased on 3/24. I called several times and didn't get a response. I emailed them online and have not heard back from them. I called again and finally got through to someone who took down my information (incorrectly - he couldn't get my name right but he had the order # so I left it go) and said that he would notify shipping and to expect a phone call after 1 pm. Nobody called me back. I don't know if I'm still getting the items or what? NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!!! Pathetic customer service and I really need the items so I don't know if I should go somewhere else or what because NOBODY WILL RETURN MY EMAIL/PHONE CALL!!!!! (more)

Thankyou for your efficient and professional service. Great product, was a gift and the recipient is thrilled. My only criticism is that the information on the cost of shipping to overseas destinations is a little vague. I will certainly use ChockCatalogue again, and have already recommended it to friends. Keep up the good work, and please continue to stock union suits. They are a real hit here in Australia, and I can't find anywhere else to buy them. (more)

I ordered 5 long sleeve black shirts which I needed for work immediately (could not find in stores). I payed for 2-day air, package came a week after I was notified package had shipped! I was also notified my order could not be completed, and was given a second order #. Supposedly I will be getting a 5th shirt in the mail soon, but the invoice that came with my 4 shirts shows I only paid for 4! All of Chockcatalog's response e-mails have been ambiguous and they don't use complete sentences. I called about getting a refund on what I paid for shipping, and their answers was, "We will review why it took so long for you to recieve your product then issue you a refund." Why must they find...
