Was sent 1 wrong item in my order of 6. Was asked to return it. When received, the correct one would be shipped with postage refunded. Seems like a lot of trouble, expense, and waste of time (replacement not received yet) over a $5.00 item.

Invoice didn't reflect why one item was not delivered. What I saved from going to the department store I paid in S&H for that price I could have gotten another item.

My order was placed on 9/13/09. As of 10/3/09, it has not been received. For the past week, I have attempted to contact this company, both my email and telephone. I have received no response to multiple emails or phone calls.

ChockCatalog are the most dishonest people I have bought from on line. They have charged my credit card US$92.00 and not made any attempt to send my items despite numerous requests by email to now cancel the order and return my money.
