As of today's date, my merchandise still has not shipped and the status still says being processed will call later to find out what is going on

I ordered two packages, both size 42. When shipment arrived, the invoice stated I had been shipped two 42; however, I had one 42 and one 36. I need to get this resolved.

How can I respond to this inquiry as of 12:50pm (PT) I have yet to receive my order. Because I am extremly buzy with family matters I could not start an inquiry.

ordered 3 pair of pajamas, one was supposed to be burgundy, but light blue was sent instead.

I paid for two day shipping and five days later it arrived. I contacted the number listed online. Italked with a gentleman onthe 27th of Feb he assured me that somebody would call me back. That never happend. I sent e mails asking for a refund of the 12.00 dollars i paid for shipping. Still no response. They did call me on monday 25 feb and tell that one item would be on back order. The order was placed on sunday the24th I ordered several other things online the same day and they all arrived on time. They were allot heavier and bigger and was on time. I feel that they did not provide the service they advertised with shipping. I will not be a repeat customer of this online store. (more)
