I was pleased with the product selection and ordered six different items. Unfortunately, only three of them were good fits and I must return the other three. I am awaiting a reply email from customer service with instructions about how to do so.

I received only part of my order. I contacted customer service three times and they promised to resolve the matter. However,2 weeks later the matter is yet to be resolved and I have not gotten a call back as promised the first 3 times.

I ordered 5 packages of boxer shorts,gripper style. I received 3 packages of the gripper style and 2 pacages of regular boxers.Customer service told me they would email me a shipping lable. As yet,I have received nothing.

I contacted Chock by email to confirm the delivery address, but they had already sent it to the incorrect address. The representative became "testy" when I emailed asking about the status of the order after a few days. I cancelled the order !
