The quality of the Steens Pure Cane syrup is axactly what my elderly aunt was looking for. She could not buy the syrup locally and asked me to find here some pure syrup. She was delighted.

Overall great service. Two comments: 1-the e-mail that led to this survey was received a day prior to receipt of the order. 2-the box clearly went through some hard treatment -- 7 of the 8 cans & 1 of the 2 jars were dented, a couple heavily.

FYI, all dry ice was evaporated from package (therefore no disposal issues) but all items were still frozen solid.
