I have yet to recieve my items. They tell me they have no contol over the item as it is shipped direct from the producer. If they sell it they should be able to contol it and keep you informed.

From the time of ordering to receiving I felt was a to long. Consideringhow quickly the order orginially went through. Items were ordered on 1/21/2001 and not received till 2/1/2010

Changed original order, but computer did not accept changes and made it very confusing. I should have just cancelled first order and submitted a new one..... but it worked out fine...

I love shopirish! My children do too and buy me gifts from there. I only buy items when they go on sale and they seem to have a sufficient supply of sale items. They have products that other Irish based companies do not have .

I find it a little odd that they claim they are sending packages via Fed EX (so the customer thinks the package will arrive quickly) but then somehow the package gets switched over to the USPS & the package can take over a week to arrive. Why?
