I was very disappointed with the tracking of purchases. It never worked and I had to call several times. I have ordered online many times and never have I not been able to get information about the expected delivery date.

i like to track my packages when i order something. I want to be able to see if something was delivered so I do take the time to go home and get it. Your online track was down during the entire process of my order. Very disappointing!!!
