I actually had several issues-the kitchen faucet i ordered was actually out of stock when the website indicated it was in stock. so i ordered another kitchen faucet that was in stock, but the price was incorrect on the website so i had to pay more...

Part of the order was damaged in shipment. The toilet seat was damaged. Also the toilet seat does not fit the toilet. I emailed customer service about this, the day the order was received, but have not received a reply. I plan to email them again....

I am satisfied with the service, but i ordered a toilet seat for a toilet that ended up needing replaced and I have been waiting around 3-4 days to get return information, so I am not as impressed with the returns process.
