I order was messed up and therefore delayed my bathroom renovation. Once the parcel arrived. Two packages arrived. My husband had to pay $56.72 for each package to UPS and one of those packages was something that I didn't order.

Price was best avail. Confirm of shipment and tracking was non-existent. order kept showing as "processing". Tried to call and got voice mail. Finally got email saying item had shipped. Arrived on time,in good condition. We needed asap.

I did not get my merchendise on time even they did not shepp it in 2-4 day it was 9 days after and they keep send me emil that my merchendis has been shepped but it was not right i recived emil from ups that they shepp it in 11-30-09.

Did not recieve the order, if overstock no longer have an item in stock they should remove it from before one goes thru the trouble of ordering and waiting days before hearing from them

Have not received order. Ship date was 11/16 with 2-4 day delivery.
UPS estimates delivery date to be pushed out to 7 days or 11/24/09. We had scheduled professional plumber to install the Overstock item on 11/23/09.
