If there is a holiday the out going messsage on the main phone lines should reflect the hours of operation, the web site should post information on any effect (if any) this may have on shipping, & at least provide some doccumentation for the...

The Product was pretty decent, it didnt come with dircetions to put the pieces together. The screws for the mirror were a bit long and I had to use other means for it. But over all I say I like the product. Once I ride we will see.

I asked if there are any modifications to the vehicle frame for this item. The reply was none. But when I tried to install the item I found out that I have to make larger cutout of the vehicle headlight brackets.

Initially unsuccessful in reaching a live person prior to my order. I received the order which should fit an '04 Honda Accord. Install instruct severly limiting, intent of loose plugs and feasability for adaptation with possible future HID Kit.

I was charged 19$ for UPS (with no alternate choices) and the item arrived USPS Priority Mail which I checked and it is $13.95. Item arrived on time.
