I was SHOCKED at how fast i received the items and thrilled. The items were even delivered before the anticipated due date....and i am always satisfied and that's why i returned this year for my son's second birthday....see you again next year!

In the past I have always made purchases by phone from a catalog. I was happy with the larger selection by making my purchase online, and the process was quicker.

This is the only time I've been disappointed with a product. The delivery man didn't ring the bell when he dropped the box off so it got rained on. (Plus thefts in our neighborhood is a problem.) And the box, and costume inside, was crushed.

The tracking info that was emailed took me to UPS's website, but the package was shipped by the Post Office. I was looking a UPS package for 3 days after the tracking said a notice was left and it was at the post office the whole time!

I have always had great luck with this company. I ordered a Halloween costume this year and have used it several times for birthday supplies. I have never had delivery problems and the products have always been high quality.
