Even though items were checked off the inventory list for my original order they were not in the box. I called customer support and they reordered the missing items. The items came in a reasonable amount of time.

I will only buy party supplies from celebration express, prices are competitive and shipping is on time, product quality is great. The convenience of having everything shipped drectly to my house is worth it's wait in gold.

the pinata I ordered was damaged on the bottom so much that I had to tape it to hold the candy in. I did not return it because I did not have time before the birthday party to wait on a new one. The rest of my order was great.

The pinata i orders for the price i paid the overall look was not the best and i paid extra to get it in time and it took under 1/2 the amount of time it was said to be which is great but i wouldnt have had to pay the extra.....
