Was told item was back ordered 5-7 days, then 7-10 days. After 10 days I called and was told model was discontinued, another model was substituted for no additional charge... Also, unit is much noisier than expected.

The product was on back-order so I didn't know idea when it would be shipped, which I didn't realize at the time I ordered and don't think I would order from a source that had to do that again, but it was my fault for not realizing the consequences.

You had the replacement model for the one recommended by Consumer Reports when local merchants were doing well just to have a dehumidifier that large, let alone the one I wanted. Your price was very competitive.

I called & live chat w/o any notification ABT that my backorder was elimated. online order tracking didnt tell me est. time of deliver backorder so I called. 5 days later I do a live chat to find out my order will never come to me.
