My sink bowl was cracked...the item is backordered. I'm need to take a photo and send it to you.It will take 90 days to resolve the issue thru FED EX! My kitchen is being built & I need it for granite templating. What a disaster. Not good.

I initially contacted customer service who struggled to answer questions. I tried to contact via web, and phone to check delivery status, and was unable to. When I finally got someone he was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved my issue.

Thank you, good service. I only used the web site, but found it to be user friendly and easy to find what I wanted. I used the tracking tool. I will be back to buy other items. The free shipping is a deal maker! The Delta Pilar Touch Faucet is...

we ordered the item 11/5/09 we still have not received the item yet. Have called customer service about 4 times, no answer only a recording. They have never called us back. The charge is on our account. Not very pleased at this time.
