Would prefer that you automatically send emails with ship & track info. Had to make phone call & send email to find out,but customer service did promptly respond.FYI, had a slight defect with the product, contacted AMBA directly, problem solved.

Ordering was quick and easy, product arrived in a timely manner by common carrier. Package was clear wrapped on a pallet in addition to the original factory packaging. Total price including shipping was as stated and was better than local dealers...

Damage was found to one of the cabinet glass shelves ordered. There is a chip at on one of the corners. Home Perfects respones and resolution were immediate. Great customer service!!
