One of product specification was wrong in your Web. You said the notebook computer I bought had DVD-Writer. But I got DVD-ROM. I understand your disclaimer so I don't want to claim or return it. Somewhat disappointed.

I contacte Sparco because I thought the item was available when it was not. There is a button for live update but why would a page not load with up to the minute update instead of having to click on the update button. With what info does the pageload?

very bad service wrong bank wire info provided.I loose 170$ wire transfer and amount come back after 100€ less into my account.
