We have been subscribers for more years than I care to remember. Seldom have I recieved a wine we did not care for. We are most pleased by Geerlings & Wade and refer others to them often.

Product never shipped / had to call many times and recevied a statement "it is shipping today".i'm being told it will now?.tried calling customer service many times and you get put on hold for ever w/ no one picking up. BUY ELSEWHERE

This was an order for Jean Velut Champagne. It is very satisfactory for guests and it keeps them out of my treasured supply of Taitingers Blanc Des Blanc Champagne

There was a mistake in the order. 4 bottles of 1 choice; 0 bottles of another. Talked to customer service and result was that the problem would be corrected by shipping me 2 bottles of the missing wine.
