Order for $55.70 was placed on March 10th. It is now March 31, 21 days later and still the order has NOT been delivered. I received my $55.70 VISA bill a week ago. Very demoralizing. I really need this ink. Bill Nelson, Brookfield, Wis.

Placed order on 2/21/09. On 3/1/09 I received a survey about my satisfaction. (I had still not received the product!) Today, 3/3/09, I called co. no record of my order? But I received a SURVEY. I'm upset..I'm paying $5.95 for shipping and HANDLING!!
