I get + rspct FC's valu having EEs work a sane wkdy. But cust order online all over world, is unrealistic to expect cust to access CS only during bus. hrs. MST. My 1st order was lost; I had to reorder. Not good. Tracking info useless. Try UPS...

I thought it was hard to know exactly which packet you were ordering. I think it needs to be clear what comes in the calender packet you order. I couldn't find anywhere on line that it spelled out what each packet contained.

I love the product. Ordering over the web was a HUGE mistake; the Indian CSR's were completely ignorant about how to deal with a wrong order. I spoke to an Indian supervisor who was completely ignorant about how to return a package thru UPS.

I was not sent what I ordered. I was told by customer service that I was wrong I was sent what I ordered and I was not charged for the things you no longer had available. I will not order from you again.

Local store confirmed that software was compatible with Blackberry Storm.I then purchased the software on line and while downloading product noticed that the product was not compatible with the Storm.I would not have bought it if I would have know...

I have not received the leather binder as yet, nor have I heard from anyone, in any way, when or if it is coming. The other couple of piddly things came, none of which I can use WITHOUT the binder itself!
