My biggest problem I think was the fact it cost me almost ten dollars to return the item. To me it is one of the biggest draw backs to buying on line.

I had to return the Vibran Five Finger shoes I ordered because they were too small. Rock Creek Outfitters did not have the shoe in any other sizes so I couldn't exchange my order. There were not return labels included in the order.

I was a little dissatisfied that my clothing purchase was not packaged in a plastic or paper bag. It was just inside the box and I was alittle concerned it was a used product instead of new.

Product (Vibram FiveFingers) doesn't have a retailer in Belgium / Netherlands, so I ordered it from RockCreek via Amazon. I found it a pity that I now paid ca. 150 euro for an 87 euro pair of shoes. Shipping cost and delivery cost were quite high...

My only problem is the fact that delivers only during the day. If you are not home during the day... you have to go at the end of the world to get your package. Next time I will make the items can be shipped by USPS.
