The supports made the sports shoes too tight in the toe and arch supports were not firm enough...will have to return them and reorder a half support with a firmer arch...can you suggest another? What is the procedure for returns...

Products have been returned, but no feedback on whether they have arrived or status. One product wasn't clear if it came as a pair so I had ordered two, the other was unclear as to how to put it on and my method was extremely uncomfortable.
