The only thing for which I slightly reduced the score was "Product Information", because it wasn't clear that I was purchasing a pair (which I had seen explicitly stated in a catalog from another company, where I first saw the item in question).

I had purchased a pair of insoles at a local store and then later found the exact same ones on this site for $14 cheaper. . . need I say more? oh, yes, there was free shipping!
