My only real complaint is that the Bettie Page DVD said it featured the vintage films Striporama, Teaserama, and Varietease, but in fact the DVD only has clips, not the entire films. My Customer Service call was regarding when the order would be processed. It would be great if the Order Status page included the order-processing ETA and updates. (more)

i ordered my movie on a wed, and the customer representative said i did not order my movie in the specific time zone, so it wasnt shipped out until the next day which interferred with my purchasing a 2- day air delivery charge, because i didnt get my package until monday of the following week. your website should clear that up before offering 2-day, if you order on wed after whatever time, your not getting your package until monday, thats ridiculous, and certainly not worth an extra $10 that i paid for, it might have been more, im not sure what it was. oh and just for your information, i ordered something else off the internet yesterday and they gave me free STANDARD shipping, which mind you... i got the overnight 2(DAY)delivery option and still have yet to recieve anything i think this is a little crazy concidering the cost of the delivery option.
