I wrote an e-mail as I may have gotten an incorrect product. I called the 800 number, but it's just an answering system. After almost a week, still no reply.Lousy customer service so far. Still waiting for a call back.

I ordered a replacement cord for an xbox360 game console. I got a great price on a genuine microsoft cord, my order was delivered very quickly. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my shopping experience with GameBay and highly reccommend them.

Awesome. My son lost power to his 360 due to a power surgee. In surching for the replacement you folks were $30 less expensive than all others. The follow up and follow thru was great.
