I placed an order with GameBay. The estimated receipt time was 3-7 days. I received an email 3 days later informing me that my order had shipped. I did not receive my package until 11 days later.

Waited almost 10 days for a return # to send back power supply. Now out of town and won't be able to send it until I return home on Nov 5th. I sent pic of the way product came shipped. It was supposed to be new and sealed and it appears used

I E-MAILED THEM AND TOLD THEM ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED THE XBOX 360 POWER BRICK AND CORD IT DOES NOT WORK AND ALSO ON THERE SIGHT IT SAYS UNLESS SPECIFIED ALL ITEMS ARE NEW AND THIS ITEM WAS NOT EVEN PACKAGED EXCEPT ENVELOPE IT CAME IN AND NO INVOICE.

I am very pleased that the game arrived in good condition and was playable. I like that they emailed me noting that they saw I had received the product, since that meant that they wanted to make sure I did receive the item I ordered.
