Order was cancelled due to being discontinued. I was informed five days after placing the order. I asked to cancel and for them to e-mail a refund notice. As of this writing no indication of a refund. This is after I talked to a sales rep.asking...

Glasses were at a great price for a rare pair of wayfarers (blue internal plastic with blue lens). Payment was simple, glasses arrived on time. Overall a very nice shopping experiience!

Expected ship date was 2 to 5 days; actual date was about 10 days. Guess I did not expect it to come by mail. I should have checked to have it sent by FedEx or equivalent.

I think the delivering was slow. I ordered the sunglasses at the 14th, I got an email the 16th that the order was registrated and an email the 21st that the order was sent.
