Halfship function did not work. I spent time on the phone w/ each of 2 employees. They were not able to solve my problem at that time, but I was given a way to recover half of this shipping fee after it was shipped.

Excellent product. However, their were no screws with my order. I had to purchase seperately from a Hardware. Also, there were a few scratches on the top mantel. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Assembly quick.
