I was at home at the time the delivery was made originally which required a signature. The Fed-X driver did not ring thte doorbell or knock on the door fpr my signature. He left one box, a sticvker on the door telling me he would be back 3 days...

I ordered a gas grill. I came on time, but the bottom section was damaged. I called and talked of two of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with. Your resolution resulted in sending me a new bottom shell. Who could ask for more?? Thank you!
