This people dont attent the customer, i try to buy 4 times and now the merchant saym that i pay more for the ship, when he has a coupon for send FREE but it is false....this shop is bad, and the support...very bay...stefan no are a bussiness man

When i placed my order i put a message asking if my item would be delivered by Halloween and i asked for feed back as to whether that could happen. Yes it did come before Halloween which is great but i just wish that could have been communicated to...

Timely shipping/delivery. Also they are up front about shipping costs. Another repair parts vendor suddenly had huge S&H costs appear at the last step of checkout so I left them and was glad to find vpgames.

My experience with VP Games was very positive, except for one complaint that I have. Try to make template responses less obvious (the one I got had the names of 2 agents in it, and totally disregarded parts of my question)

I thought by replacing the reset switch, since it was originally destroyed, I thought it would make my console work. Unfortunately something else is still wrong cause I can't get the system to turn on.
