I never received an email saying my order shipped. I was curious a couple days after the Paypal payment cleared. I emailed customer service to ask where it was and it showed up the next day. Never heard back from them.

I purchased a replacement shell for my DS lite, not all the parts was in there. email and call the company. got a response "These shells come complete, so it you purchased two and neither have that part, I don't believe it is included"... (more)

The item was what I expected but it didnt perform well enough to even use. The tv picture was to distorted to watch with the product attached.No big deal..I dont blame VP...its an inferior product I guess
