The rug I ordered was different in color than what I saw on the website. I ordered another style, but it had a terrible smell to it and was returned. I have purchased items from Orvis in the past and have been pleased, this experience was not a good...

I purchased a BBS2 reel for my new 2wt rod. First time out I hooked a very angry 15 inch Rainbow that decided to run 60 yards downstream. This was it..the drag system had to work. It worked very smoothly and I landed that big fish on an ultra light...

The website was not user friendly. I couldn't get my selection from the cart to the payment screen. Perhaps better promotion of the online security feature would help too. Also, taking payments from Discover would be much appreciated.
