I ordered orvis tough chew dog bed on oct 27 online and it was said to be available on nov. 3. Is was not, Bed was finally shipped nov.13 and arrived on nov.17. Bed size is not the same as stated online and not enough fill. will contact orvis.

The items are gifts; I can't tell if either will be returned. I am unsure if the fit will be satisfactory. The cardigan seems tight in the sleeves; the waistband of the skirt looks like it may not wear well.

unfortunately the jacket i ordered when washed and dried according to the label instructions, shrank and no longer fit properly. i have returned the garment and ordered the next larger size. customer service was most
helpful.

Stand-up collared white blouse I purchased ran very small and I will be returning it -- other item purchased (swim suit) was very nice and I am overall very happy with all items I have purchased here and in the past.
