I called the company and the person said that they had a delay and I will receive that item next week. So, I am worried but may be relaxed if it arrives.

DId not like the free subscription. It would not let me cancel without calling and it was hard to find the contact info to do so.

I am satisfied with my purchase but am apprehensive abt receiving free Real Broadband Essentials service. I plan to cancel but hope I will not have problems with billing.
