Furniture Crate advertised items that were no longer available from the vendor and chagred my credit card. I did not like the fact that my card was charged for unavailable merchandise and a credit back to my card took more than 5 calendar days.

The expected availability was listed as early October. I did not receive order until 10/19 and then it had manufacturing defects. Very disappointing. However customer service was very responsive.
