I appreciate being able to buy high-quality Xylitol at a great price. My only request would be some sort of tips/advice as to how to modify existing recipes to use this sugar substitute with the best flavor/best results.

I think Erythritol is the greatest food product that's ever been invented. I give the packets to anyone who will stand still long enough to accept them. Seems to be no ill effects. Can't understand why everyone isn't using it. Thanks.
