I have followed your instructions in using it but would not give me any score, tried a few times in the first two days but have given up. Need to know what time to call you from Australia and the best number.

The website was one of the worst I have seen in so far as it was difficult to get the payment option up. It kept going around in circles. As a result I lost interest and took some weeks to try again and use the info supplied by email.
