The item was poorly packed in the shipping box. There was only a small wade of paper in with the trimmer and this let the unit move around in the carton and caused it to bend the sickle bar. Proper packaging would have saved me time & CPO Ryobi...

This product was in very good shape and started right up and works great.I have used it for several hours and it starts and runs very good. Also shipping was very fast and tracking was accurate.

PRODUCT IS FINE, ORDER PROCESSING FAST AND INEXPENSIVE. ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT YOU ARE TOO 'DEMANDING' IN YOUR SURVEY, AND THAT THE SURVEY ITSELF IS TOO LONG.

My product took a week to leave the warehouse. Shipping was quick once they got it to FedEx, but if the products are in stock, should push them out faster.

the only negative comment, I have is: The oil filler is hard to get yo and the dipstick is a little vague to read. Also I would have liked to have an amount of oil mentioned in the manual just to have a ballpark idea of oil tank capacity.
