I looked at tennis shoes at two local stores. They had several on sale, but not in my size. Since I had an on line gift certicate I bought an item on line. I was looking for another brand. But bought an item in the price range of the certificat.

Very happy with purchase made. Not happy that a great price was offset by staggering shipping fees. Turned out to be 25% of price ($25). I ordered anyway because of need and to save time.

Bought a wave board. Came without tools. Called CS. Suggestion: return whole box and order a new one. I called the factory myself for set of tools. Second part of order arrived four day later (shoes).

The only thing to complain about is the missing parts of bolts/nuts/screws. Customer Service said that they would send me those missing parts sometime this week, 11/03/09. I'll return the item if I don?t receive them.

You claimed free return shipping but the label enclosed said I would be charged $6.50 if I used the return postage label. I would not have orderd by mail if I was to be charged for postage. The shoes were very narrow.
