Everything well exceprt the DVD case accompanying the order was smashed. I'm not sure the DVD will function properly, thus making the exercise equipment only half useful.

i placed an order you charged my crd card. then the next day you set a email that you would credit my crd card back. that it was no longer in stock noone called or emailed me why nor did it say out of stock when i placed the order you should not...

This was a very hassle free process to pick up an in store available item. Went to pick up dock and scanned the receipt and the guys brought the item out in less than five minutes and loaded it in the truck for me.
