First call in operator quoted me one price and when I received a call that the item was in the cost was significantly higher. However the first operator was extremely polite, nice and pleasant.

OK on line but local service is lousy as best need to transfer all sears to K-Mart store

I was not too happy with the delivery company. They did not even bring the mattress that I ordered to the desired room. The delivery company also came thirty minutes before the two hour delivery window.

Sears used to be my 'go to' store whenever I needed something. Every appliance I owned was a Kenmore, my kids clothes, household furnishings, everything! But not anymore! Sears quality SUCKS quite frankly. I now shop their competitor - JC Penney's

I think a $3 delivery charge for a senior is horrific! I have just moved and over the years have used Sear so much with free delivery to the door. There should be a once per month fee as there is always something forgotten (at least by us old...
