I had to replace the chain tightener The gear was stripped . Whoever refurbished it did not do a very good job of checking. I regret having ordered it for a little more I would have received a case, chain cover and a two year warranty.

Had a very hard time getting trimmer to start following starting proceedures ,.had to take spark plug out put starter fluid into chamber took about10 to 12 pulls to get engine to run. will try to start next time
