As usual the unit dosen't run you guy's cant seem to send out a single piece of equipment that run's from the factory why is that too stupid to adjust the carberator at your factory?? I have to fix every one that I've bought from you, whats worse is...

service is great but the saw seems to have the high speed carb jet needed adjusted, can not be adjusted.

The weed whacker arrived overnight . really fas delivery but the spark plug was broken in half . So that was an extra $2.50 to get it fired up .
